Forza 3 - Golf GTI Championship

finally after 23 hours or so!

added the CGTI decals on the front wings as well as few others but you get the idea.

 

Noticed this as well, couple of mine haven't quite made it online yet.

From the replies I have got back so far and to give a bit of an update... It's looking like our best bet will be...

Sunday 10th and 17th around 8pm onwards maybe slightly earlier.​

With a general consesus (so far) this may not end up as a 'championship' as such with points etc. but more or less clean racing in identical spec Mk2 Golf's, liveried up with the whole motorsport feel present.

If anyone wants to put in a word for track selection, or track order, feel free to do so. I found a few based on track length and character... Most of the mini tracks feel too small for 'clean' racing, not too sure/keen on the 'test tracks'... but others may favour.

don't forget road America as of the 2 dates sunday the later the better i will not be able to play before 9pm on Sundays as i have dinner between 7.30-8.30

 

Thanks Chris if the txt is in lower case it dose not stand out at all and is very hard for people to see in pics and when you zip past on a strait thanks for the link my design was off the top of my head but i have a much better one now which i will put up later

Problems with forzamotorsport.net looking at the threads on the forum everyone is having problems uploading pictures form there game to the website it is being fix but there is not ETA on when it will be working again

 

I think we could get under way around 8pm and have people hop in and out when they are available? Just noticed the max of 8 players, that could be tricky...

 

we are never all going to be on at the same time i used to do clan matches on gears of war there were 16 of us we were never online at the same time so we ran two teams so we could run 2 races and all be in a party chat?

Right the car is built and the colour scheme has been desgined, just need to sort out the Xbox live and im away.

Here are a few pics i took practising, car is a twitchy under trail braking which makes it a bit of oversteery, it's an interesting balance as i hate understeer but could do with a bit more turn in, are we going to be allowed to tweek? might be best to race one round standard and then go from there, car could do with a bit more power too, anyway...



Wing has taken a bump during a heated battle at some point and has a little rust where the paint was broken.

Right I want some of this, looks fun. Only just started playing the game so don't have enough credit to build the car to the gull spec yet, but a few races and I should be good to go. If anyone wants to sort out the stickers for me that'd be cool.
