    Hi Folks,

My name is Steve Gault and I look after VW UK advertising logistics.

Next week (w/c 1/12/03) we start filming the Golf Mk5 adverts/advertising campain in the Cardiff (Wales)Area.

Part of the shoot requires previous models of the Golf.
    So I am looking for:
Non-GTI Mk I, II, III, IV Golfs.
To be available in the Cardiff Area from
Thursday 4th December - Tuesday 9th December (Exact days to be confirmed)

We will pay all expenses plus a daily rate while on the shoot.

Anyone that can help please contact me:
    Steve Gault
    NGM Services
    01933 318825
    07720 561632

    Many Thanks
    Steve

I guess if i were to wind the suspension up a bit and put some steel wheels on it'd pass the test, though it's not ready yet unfortunately [:^(]

I've got a mint Standard Mk2 GTI 8v, although as I'm a contractor it would mean losing a days pay [:^(]

Sorry just read it again properly this time, Non-GTI's wanted....

    Moi, non gti.

Makes me wonder why VAG UK does / did not hold 1 of each marque / model for things like this. I know the wolfsburg factory has then but VAG have the facilities and money to recreate minters.

More and more they are using the 'early years' to sell the new range.

    my 2p

although I'm sure there are enough people on here tht can assist

Ive got a totally standard 3dr mk2 driver '91, does it have to be mint? Coz mines got a little bit of offside rear window rust, but apart from that its well nice.
    Anyone wish to enlighten me?

after the treatment i got from a VW dealer when i tried to park my mk1 out the front ("not the image we wish customers to see of VW") while trying to buy parts, i don't feel overly helpful towards them

VW motorsport (and Sam) are great people however
