After straight lining the slight chicane it's best to get the car over to the right (not all the way upto the line!) then turn - you'll get use to where to brake, and brake to get the rears to lock up a bit and this should set you up for a mid-late exit. Try and keep the car as straight as possible coming off the kerb (best to use a bit of kerbage to scrub some time off ;) ) so that the back end doesn't step out.

Might need to experiment a bit, but coming into the corner using a bit of oversteer helps line it up for late exit, which is what you need due to the next corner being flat at leading to the finish line.

exactly what i do too !! yay i did something right !!

the only corner i have a feeling i'm doing wrong is the main big corner from the start line at the end of the straight, one of those corners where i'm convinced that i can take it faster but it never works !!

With that one, I brake hard just after the start of the kerb and start to aim for an early-mid entry, it's best to get the inside tyre as close to the grass on the right (on the kerb still) whilst not scrubbing off too much speed, and you should find it helps you around the corner.

You could probably try braking later and aim for a middle apex, monstering the kerb to to get the car around.

When you've got it just about right you'll find that you can accelerate much earlier and still hold the corner. If you find yourself going wide after the first corner, then you either need less speed going into the corner, or take more kerb/possibly a bit of grass so that you dont lose time hogging the left hand side of the track taking the long way around it.

(Pretty similar to how you should take Coppice at Donington Park)

1.10 is as good as it gets. I think the problem is the first corner, i get the car sideways, rather than breaking in a straight line and then braking.

I assume you meant to say breaking in a straight line and turning, I found it better to be doing both at the same time.

Just an idea then, alongside doing the selected car and track leaderboard each month, do people also want to set times with the Polyphony as well? All I'd need to do is add another column to the board! :)

same here, I also noticed that the recommended gear tends to be lower in drift mode.
