    Have done the B & A licences & bought a 95 Honda 'Teg R..

Even with it lightened & tuned to 250BHP it struggles as soon as you step up from the Beginners level.. [:s]

Seems that 1800cc just doesnt cut it!!

At least the game should be a bit more challenging than the older versions where you would start with a half decent car, (GTiR Pulsar was my choice) & quickly make loads of money! [:$]

The car sounds are improved & the game looks sharper!! Best played with all the driver aids off IMO!! [:D]

got six golds so far in the licence tests; not done a full licence yet as I'm "going for, going for Gold!"

    :)

Still driving around in a poobox Nissan Silvia KS... good enough for the beginner races, anyway.

You can gain 100,000 credits from gt3 & if you have prologue you can transfer the National A & B licences.

Got myself an R32 at the mo, won the sunday cup and 4wd cup.
Loving the nurburgring, wanna do it for real tho! [8(]

does it make any difference if you get gold on the licence challenges? i've just been racking up mostly silvers and bronze to get them out of the way

    yep.

you get cars that you wouldn't normally be able to get by getting each full licence in gold.

plus it means you're a GT god.....

    [:D]

be warned it can take some time.......three or four weeks for me on GT2 to get all in gold.

worth it though but for the s-licence tests where you have a full lap to do, it has to be perfect.

    And I mean perfect.

you never know you might be a natural and get them all in one go.

    :)

but the time limits they give are VERY tight.

Carried licences over from Prologue, 100,000 crdits from GT3 and got the bi-turbo R32, which is currently tuned to around 540bhp!! Seems to be mincing everything at the moment. Also half way through the International B license, which I aim to finish tonight.....
