    i've just come on to update my new 175 Road Angel that i bought from Halfords this morning [:D]:thumbup:

    Called around bout 4 halfords stores this morning...

    It was one day only and i'd a bit of a fight, but i printed out the page from halfords website that still says 175 and took it into them. Finally they relented!

    They sold 2 today. 1 at 299 and then their last one at 175 :thumbup:[:D]:thumbup:[:D]:thumbup:

    i tried that one saying they still had them for 175 on the website but they werent having any of it.was out of stock anyways so it was a waste of breath [:x]

    you gave up too easily...

    i argued with one store then she came away with "we don't have any in anyway..." so next time i found out if they had them in stock first, and then argued bout false advertising an stuff :lol:


    give it another go. worked for me [:D]

    One slight problem with Road Angel Classic which really got on my pip! It contiues to "beep" in traffic even when you are not moving!! [:x]

    Hence me purchasing Road Angel 2 - all the best bits of RAClassic, but without the annoying issues. Plus has better display and is all in one laser detector too :thumbup:

    If you press and hold the middle button on the classic, for a second or so it will temporaily mute. ;)
