    New shift mech fitted , the old one wouldn't fit with the weighted shifter due to 02J Mount so got this one off an ASD Box . works great with the Rod Shift Conversion

    going for Rolling Road Map @ ADE Tuning 21st MARCH

    been running on a MAP I've tweaked myself (200bhp) never had a proper dyno session

    Update

    The MK1 has now been for a proper mapping session on the dyno @ ADE Tuning in Blackburn , I've been running the MK1 for 5 years with a basic map that I had tweaked but it still got me 12.60 sec 1/4's @ 108mph with 20bhp of nitrous.

    very happy with the MK1 and the service at ADE Tuning was fantastic

    so first race of the VWDRC Season this weekend so will have chance to see all the results from the winter work.

    Hello everyone

    Haven't been on for ages , update

    Last season went well with the new box had to sort out a few Gremlins with the mapping .

    Done alot of upgrades over this winter including new 4 - 1 manifold and full 3" exhaust system

    I'll post photos later.

    Phenolic spacer fitted to the Jenvey's to reduce heat soak, worked very well.

    Well after buying a new laptop yesterday i thought i would update my post.

    MK1 is running great been running 12.5sec 1/4 miles @ 109mph and 1.68 60fts

    room for more as i'm only running 240bhp with the 40bhp of nos.
