I am hoping to get my dififant switched of to MS this week. I have been trying to get my head round the wiring and been reading through existing threads but I still have a few questions.
First one I can think of is that there are 4 wires from the rs loom but only 2 wires on the digifant fuel rail plug so how do I wire this up. I will have more to ask but thats all i can think of for now.

I did read that but thought the splitting might be unique to your setup. It doesn't really explain it in Toyotecs guide and shows two pigtails from the injector rail. I will go back and re-read the splitting scenario and see if I can get my head round it.

just run two injectors from one pair of wires, and two injectors from the other.

Also pin 24 on the RS loom has 3 wires in the sleeve, black, white and one bare. Do all 3 of these wires need to go to the middle pin of the hall sender?

Does pin 26 5v+ VREF power the hall sender and the TPS, therefore needs to be split?

    Sorry K

Only able to lift my head in the office until now.

Injectors on digfants, using the original 2 pin digifant injector pigtail, are to wired as a "batch set" i.e. inj 1 runs the 4 injectors.
The other wire (Switch 12v F/P supply) comes ultimately from Z1 on the fusebox, which is one of the wires in my "how to" 5 pin plug picture.

Use the "how to MS the 3A" thread and highlight any picture that is not too clear.

    Regards

    VW Hall to MS integration

In the sleeve you have the wires:
    • From ECU pin 7 and to dizzy "-" should be earth.
    • Dizzy hall trigger "0" going to ECU pin 24.
    • TPS 5V ref on ECU pin 26 is tapped to power the hall sensor on "+".

Cool I am at the garage now switching downpipes. I'll go through everything again when at home. Just don't want to snip the original wiring until I'm 100% certain I understand the new setup

Right multi quote is not working for some reason.

    just to be clear.

Injectors - use pair of injector bank 1 wires (blue) to the original digi fuel rail plug and ignore injector bank 2 wires.

Dizzy - White wire from pin 24 to dizzy '0'
    - black and bare wire from pin 7 to '-' on dizzy
    - TPS wire shared and extended to dizzy '+'

If I have finally got this right in my head then I am a happy man. Unfortunately I didnt get round to swapping downpipe with lamda bung today. I really wanted the car switched over in time for inters but its looking a little close now but I am off Thursday, Friday so there might still be time.

The base calibration flashed on the ECU has the config settings from my old 3A thing so no, unless you use a non Bosch MAT sensor.

I checked the one I got from the scrappy and its a VDO although it did come from an ABF or AGG. Got a stock part number which is a known bosch sensor so I can grab one from VAG or TPS.

Also which pins from the RS loom go into the 5 pin TCI plug?

ECU Pin 36 (Spark A) to T7/6 (green) on the 7 pin TCI-h connector.

Cool so only removing T5/3 but not adding anything to it. I think I am ready to start snipping. Also managed to change my inters tickes to Sunday so bought myself an extra day.

I also have a intake sensor 028906081. can anyone tell me if this is a bosch sensor. Other markings on the sensor are B.M.1 not sure if that is bosch.

    A few more clarifications needed.

    where to connect the following

    Pin 28 12v+ switched
Pin 37 fuel pump relay -
vac line - can it go to the nipple on the airbox or throttle body?

turns out I have two of the same sensors but one is marked VDO and the other B.M.1
