Motorsport wheels headache!

    OMG!. The company rim stock in the top pic is a customer of mine. I had to build 4 boxes for some new wheel design they made! Small world! [:D]

    Got 15" steels on it at the moment for road use, my other wheels that are 7" have the slicks on.

    Why not go for a set of TH's or TH2's..

    or just save the money - buy a flowed head and set of cams


    cos it's gonna make a hell of a better difference than wasting money on a brand new set of wheels which will only be second hand the second you fit them!

    just get MO's

    the reason so many people have them is because they are the utter dogs bollox for track use. stronger than your car, and the best wheel out there for brake clearance.

    You should of seen what happened to my mates compomotives on his subaru. While driving every spoke snapped and caused to write his car off. He wasn't even speeding.

    and yes... Rimstock are abysmal in getting back to you or anyone on availability.
    Lucky for me I have a set of these... getting more of em is a 'mare. [:s]

    MO's are extremely heavy compared to the Pro-Race-1's which are about OZ Superleggera weight (ish)

    compomotive claimed it wasn't the wheel at fault!!

    But the tyre grip was to much :lol: explain that one!!!

    IIRC the Team Dynamics wheels posted above are the same as those fitted to the Evo VIII FQ-340. I think Evo magazine mentioned how they were considerably lighter than the standard fit Enkei wheels. I like them myself :)
