Parts for 8v Digi to MS

    the overall oval looks to be the same size as the mk2 but pictures can lie

    If you are going to MS the vehicle then there is nothing stopping you having the intake TB pointing toward the NS instead of OS, as you will be doing away with the AFM anyway. You could then use a Mk1 Inlet manifold.
    Mike_H's setup might be a good example to follow.

    That TB in your pic look like DBW (drive by wire) anyway so may not be much use.

    there is a throttle cable connection, it probably has an internal idle speed stepper motor like the late MK3 8v AGG/ADY throttle body, and DBW 20v

    I didnt realise the mk1 inlet would fit, I was also looking at the G60 inlet to work around the problem. I think the big black plastic casing on the audi TB might be something to do with it being from an autoatic but not sure.
