Fuel pressure gauge on the dash measuring the rail pressure is a good guide as to whether you have pump supply volume issues

    Cheers Jon.

I will definately be setting up some gauges when I get to that point.

At the moment, I'm just trying to decide which route to take with fueling. I already have the 16v stuff as its a valver anyway. So no point in changing to MK3 tank if not needed.
Just in the process of getting what is needed.

An oil pressure gauge with the VW electric sender unit tapped in does the job

Has anybody bought one of these? Its an oversized turbo intake pipe which takes a 3 inch MAF.

Any good or are there better ones out there?

It is a copy of Bill Brockbank's original.

OE ones go all soft and can get sucked in by the turbo compressor limiting air flow.

I bought mine from Bill direct.

Thanks Eddie. I have one exactly the same, but a slimmer version. Funnily enough, I was talking to Bill last week, (ordered a few bits) and mentioned this particular brand to him.................

At the moment, he doesnt do one for the KO3, but is in the process of making/designing them if I remember correctly.
I might just hold on to the one I have for now and wait until I decide which route to go down, turbo wise. Just thought this might be of some benefit for the time being.

    Was yours for the KO4?

This is the one I have,

That's OK. It's a simple leap from looks very organic to like what? You don't want to know the other type of thought ;) lol
