Fit the diff with the ARP bolts... ~90 I think, but peace of mind.

Traction off the line is improved, but now "wow" factor. If you have power, you will just spin both fronts LOL. Power thru corners however is where it really excels... keep power on and it pulls you into a corner... lift off and expect understeer again... (need to keep some power to make the diff load and pull)

    regards

I get my transmissions built by Autotechnik down in Totton nr Southampton (02380 666200)
As Gary says... dollar price makes a Peloquin look very favourable on price..
Same product if not a bit better from what I have heard (not seen 1st hand mind you)
I am not a fan of Quaife as a company, but the ATB diff is very good..

    Buy Peoloquin! :p

Does the Quaife prevent torque steer off the line? If so, I'm going to buy one. I am happy with every other aspect of the standard diff.

how can you be happy with the standard diff?!?! if you are, then you're not dirving hard enough, and you simply don't need a quaife or peloquin, you'll never use it.

Off the line... never really noticed any pull as such.. On the uneven roads however, under power, you will need a firm grip on the steering wheel in my experience to avoid going thru a hedge. [:s]

Std diff on a powerful fwd will easily spin out any traction from low speed corners (roundabout size). ATB diff is a great improvement.. but as Phatty says, if you are happy with a stock diff in that respect, you probably won't notice the ATB.

I read on Vortex that if you break a Peloquin, they send you a replacment unit with no quibbles

Break a Quaife and you have to send it in to be repaired [:s]

Hmm, By the time you get all the import duty and sh1t on a Peloquin, it might work out the same price as a Quaife [:s]

Who sell Quaife's in this country?

BTW, you can alter the slip on the new generation of ATB ;)
