We have a set of the cross bars made up for the next rally car, i dont think we will bother with the front cross beam to wishbone supports

Well that's a little more complex than I was anticipating! Can't be f*cked with all the fab work again, takes too long [:p] I'll just have to make do with what I've got!

    Anyway, 3 more hours -

And better still, I'm now in profit

    Oh how I love wires

All of that had to fit through a 2" hole [:|]

Now I have to sift through what I do and don't need and then put it in the quattro [><]

Rich, can you do some pics of the upper and lower cambelt cover with parts nos pls?

Also the block from the front and rear, both straight on, with as much of the head / ancillaries out of the way.

It's reminiscent of a 16v with a cylinder added tbh.

It's basically a 6a with an extra pot! I'll take some nice pics of it when I get round to making it pretty

That's just scary - I wonder what parts are the same or better?

    Time for a thread!

I say same as, I'm talking block and head + 1 pot, so obviously you can't use any mechanical bits and they use different fuel and spark management... Exactly the same, but completely different

I wish it was that easy! It was more like a clown pulling a knotted rope out of his japs eye [:|]
