Inspiration from your site uncle d Lol chrisp kindly donated this one err yeah ahem its a very work in (slow) progress
Mine's something similar, "fabricated" using an angle grinder. Once it's done and it works the desire to make a nicer one pretty much disappears.
I want to have a go at off roading, going to have a few days green-landing over the winter to break into it gently, just need to make sure I dont bend it yet as its still shiny and I dont normally possess shiny vehicles
I think I win the award for slowness...... I've been *not really very enthusiastically* building my 16vt for about 2 years now - and that's just the engine. Once I finish the engine the Mk2's will be extinct and I'll be trying to fit it into a ten year old Mk8 Golf or something.......
depending on the lanes you may find them more damaging than expected, this is what a tame offroad track did to my old girl. there was no fallen trees, overgrown bushes scratching the paint or rough terrain. Maybe worht going to a offroady place, have a wander round looking at the terrain you'll be driving over first as you dont get that option wghen g-lanin What beast have you got again ?
Ah, so the ol' grey mobile has finally seen a bit of light again then Be having a nose when I'm round again in a couple of weeks
