thumbs up for the mk5 from me (apart from it being huuuuuge), I like it in red, looks 'sporty'. Still havent seen them in any other colour though!

Shame all that 'save the world' stuff was way over the top testicles.

Top marks for the Porsche bit and the blind guys lap

they really need to drop the reasonabley sized car feature though. If i want interviews with crap celebs ill watch 'i'm a celeb, get me out of here'

I think Clarkson's a Grade "A" t**t and top gear's nothing more than a rub on his ego and pat on his huge f**kin head. However, the fact that he liked the Golf will help it no end because the dopey f**kwit's opinions obviously have some clout in motoring/journalism circles. Sad but true that some people base their own opinions on what this overpaid clown tells us. We need Fannies like him to tell us what's hot and what's not like we need a third armpit. Can't be that difficult to decide wether a car is any good or not. Gwan the new GTI. I cant wait for 2014 and they're old enough for me to be able to afford second hand.

White looks rubbish, black is cool but the red front stripe doesn't look right. Silver looks ok but again the red front stripe doesn't look right.

Got some pic's of a Zender kitted one with CF bonnet from Essen which i'll sort out tomorrow.

I WANT ONE NOW !!!! - I think the car look seriously cool and I love the retro touches like the grill and the seats... I was so surprised when JC gave it a good review - very unlike him---

Didn't everyone elso think it funny that he raved in the review how poo the mk4 is, and how the mk5 wee's all over it... and then when the stig drove it, they proved the mk4 to be quicker???

Leon Cupra. I know, 20 brake extra, but chassis wise is where I think their main criticism was leveled (@ the mk4), it is essentially a mk4 with old( ;) 'ish) engine technology and a suspension setup that was poo when the car was first released. Just seems a little careless to me.

    Fordo! [:D]

But the stig wasted about 1 second on the start line. And he carried too much speed into every corner. If stig had done a proper lap im sure it would have beaten the Honda and CupraR.

I thought this also, it wasn't a very tidy looking lap! He looked all over the place at times!
