    well, seeing as most people don't have accurate testing equiptment in their car they can only go on whats indicated....me, 70mph

    Quite often hit over 100 on local (private?) roads, in the right conditions.

    Haven't felt the need to go quicker in honesty.

    Speed ain't clever... It just gets you there quicker. :)

    As for lying was hoping for that whole macho honour thing to stop people.

    I did over 250 miles an hour in a reliant robin on the M1 yesterday.

    See I'm not lying why would anyone else?

    Well I claim the prize as the Police had me at 110mph so that's not made up. [:^(]

    Other than that a paltry 146mph on the M1, none of this private road guff. :lol:

    Unless you find the couple in the family saloon (like I'd be checking the badge/model as I went past...) who were doing about 60mph... :lol:

    172 flat out on the bike on closed road, never over 100 odd in the car.

    Very regularly have my Golf at 125mph.

    Fastest I've been in a car was 160mph in a 911.

    Fastest I've driven myself was 145mph in a 325i sport.
