    if you're looking for proof of highest speed speed, then andy947 pips you too the post then by being done for 112mph :lol:

    in max power about 4 years ago, they had a 1000bhp supra trying to do 200mph on the a1, but "only" managed 194mph.

    i know that because 4 years ago i was 13, which is the average age (or mental age) of most of the readers.

    110 in my old MK2 Cav 1.6.Ran out of road,took down 40-odd feet of fence,through a field(avoiding the livestock),out the other side (taking out a gate this time),up a farm track,back on the road and a new pair of trousers PLEASE.
    135 and still pulling, in my Corrado-and thats before I mooded it.

    the supra was the veilside kitted top secret car and the video i think ive got il find it 4 u and post it....

    ive clocked 176 on a road angel in my old supra and been doing 170+ as a passenger then been overtaken by a freind in an rx7

    *i know its illegal and stupid but speed gives me a rush like nothing else

    touched the limiter in 5th in the rallye, not enough time to look at the
    speedo really, plus it was at night and the bulb on that side has blown.

    Regaularly have cruise set at 100+ In the Merc on the motorway...And have seen 135 in it before realising I'm f**ked without my license [:s]

    Astravan tops out at just over a ton according to its clock ;)

    Fasted i've done is 130 in my old cavalier, about midnight between J29 and J30 of the M1.

    Quickest i've been driven is 145 down the M23 by my dad is his first cossie.

    Over took a mate at 145MPH, coming back from Easter thunderball at santa pod. He said his car shook as i went passed and woke up two sleeping passengers. :lol:

    145mph in my golf on the m25.

    175/180mph on the bike. hard to take your eyes off the road at that speed. i just know it wouldnt go any faster

    i have done a 120mph stand up wheelie down the m23 [:D]

    i dont go fast all the time.....just occasionally [:$]

    Anyways, my cars geared for about 167!! yeah, like I'd ever do that!!! Not sure it would even get there with wind resistance etc.

    Its limited to 155.....yeah like I'd ever do that either:lol:

    I think the most I've had out of it is 140, and that was cos I was curious.

    in a mkII is that? cause i don't think it would unless you changed 5th gear (sure you'd hit the limiter before you got upto 150)...also it becomes aerodynamic over 150...you need a slippy car.

    managed 125 on a B road by me (at half midnight). Hardly ever speed now though.....
