    Only marginally heavier than the 288mm set up, but with vastly improved braking.
    Handling won't be affected - a lot of people have done the 312mm conversion with no ill affects.

    Smooth green hammerite may be a perfect match but its not heat resistant and will go soft under heat. Trust me

    Well the Golf 16V & Corrado G60 both had their calipers treated with smooth hammerite will no problems.

    The brakes are on. Trying to bed them in first before give them a proper test, but they do feel a lot better than the old ones.

    Yes, absolute bargain!
    Can already feel the difference with only 30 miles on them!

    It feels like the car is almost complete now. I've got my eye on a Milltek turbo back exhaust & then that's it. I'll have the car the way I want it.






    Except for the FMIC that Forge have just developed!:lol:

    Out of interest what is the performance of the car? e.g 0-60, quarter mile, top speed since the re-map as standard figures alone don't seem to do the cars performance justice-let alone after your re-map
