Done a few bits to the car last week in preparation for stonor park,
Now have a V.A.G key got it cut today very happy no use my after market rubbish as spares

Mum came back with a very good little gadget from the old pound shop its a bobble shaver and takes the bobble's out of jumpers tshirt ect.
So when i was cleaning up my seats i had the idea of using it on the parts that had frayed or bobbled when i got the seats they had never been used but looked like they had been clean with a very stiff harsh brush, so i got to work and a pleased to say it worked a treat  seats look new again

Lil secret there mate its a mk3 shelf from my anniversary the mk2 shelf is mint and untouched in the loft cant go destroying a mk2 shelf now lol  only reason they went in is because the stereo i have is an alpine ipod one and i had all the wiring ready to swap over so no cosmetic harm done to the car

Lovely car. I used to have an 87 BBS 8v quite a few years ago. Absolutely loved that car. Sadly he rolled down a steep bank and had a chat with an oak tree. Haven't parked my cars out of gear ever since!

Not many BBS'S left so good to see your's going strong!

TBH Ive seen your thread on the golf mk2 owners club and have been following with interest for a quite a while, so thought it was unlike you to ruin a mk2 shelf :p nice one

    Got some VW rear mats

And a few vw sticker replacements only took one pic as it was really sunny.

Cleaned my arches jacked the car up which gave me enough room to clean them thanks to my standard suspension, will be giving them a coat of paint when i get around to changing the shocks and spring

did the rear lights come fully smoked like that? I think some original cl ones would suit the originality better. Sorry if mentioned but not spotted.
