    Not much happening as i'm waiting for the easter weekend and weather permitting Lupo will be getting work in progress. Needed to make some space for in-car entertainment as my gauges were taking up alot of space.[​IMG]. And my Son was selling a few of his car bits so i jumped on this straight away.[​IMG].

    What driver cooling vents will you keep ? just the one by the side window ?

    Hi Nige i will keep the two outer vents passenger and driver. Loops will be a summer car and stashed for the winter

    Weather wasn't to bad today and as i had a day off thought i would get myself down the garage and spend sometime with Lupo.[​IMG]. Took out dashboard centre consul, dismantle all gauges getting ready for new layout.[​IMG].[​IMG]. Also took out TT clocks for some remodeling and a better fit.Heater switch gear was starting to look a little dated.[​IMG]. So gave them a little revamp to bring them upto date.[​IMG].[​IMG]. While fitting a new water temp sender to the cylinder head i also made use of these.[​IMG]. To adapt the heater matrix water inlet/outlet to AN-10 fittings.[​IMG].[​IMG].On the way out i left the rear of the car looking like this.[​IMG]. Ready to take of old exhaust to replace with new plus fitting of swaybar.

    Hi dave at present the british weather is up and down. Sunny during the working week and poxy rain at the weekend which does not bode well with me driving this car during the summer months. Only time will tell weather permitting:thumbup:

    Hope your son found the parts he needed. Unfortunately, I had nothing left mate. Just the bits and pieces for my own.

    Best of luck with the rest of your build. Hopefully the weather will pick up for you in the coming months.

    Another bank holiday weekend and i'm freezing my nuts of and that's indoors lol. Had a change of mind with engine loom and ecu going in another direction once i am happy with it all will be displayed. Have a good weekend

    Not alot has been done since last update. Just enjoying myself and part hoarding. Anyway finally car is booked in for complete exhaust fitting this Thursday. It's gonna be a very early start but looking forward to it. Updates will be added from then:thumbup:

    Slowly but surely. Been in and out of "Fed up, can't be bothered, sell the lot" faze. Exhaust fitting tomorrow. Then i keep telling myself "Get this done once and for all". Lol only time will tell[:s][:s][:s]

    Well Thursday morning came 06.55am i was at the lock-up pulling the lupo out ready for transportation to exhaust shop.[​IMG]. On the recovery truck we go.[​IMG]. 1st outing in how many years[:s][:s]. 90 mins later at the exhaust shop on the ramp ready for surgery.[​IMG][​IMG]. Bye bye Lupo see you when you are ready:cry::cry:.

    Hello Lupo it's nice to see you on this rainy wet Friday:(:(. First bit of water you've seen since 2007lollol.And exhaust system finally fitted.[​IMG].[​IMG].[​IMG].Back on the recovery truck for it's ride back home. Poxy weather[:x][:x]:thumbd:.[​IMG].[​IMG].
