It's a limited. If I had 25 grand to throw on a car it would have to be a silly purchase. It's special. A limited run of 71. I'd rather have the 3 door version but VW keep that under lock and key.
Posted earlier: There are no bids on the German one at EUR22.8k. The 8k car is owned by a respected UK collector, who has had it for a couple of years now. There's been little in the way of hints that the Limited is on the way up - G410 NNV, the only original VW UK car, was originally ~20k, and has changed hands for less ever since.
^^ how come he had to get shot so quickly? I knew someone, that blagged an audi tt off a mate. His dad had stuck a 5k deposit down on it and he just had to make the payments and in his last year he got in trouble and it was about to be reposessed so he offered him what he owed for the car which was about 6k. The TT at the time was worth about 14k!!!!
