Looks friggin' awesome, never played any prior COD's before modern warfare so this WW2 stylee should be fun, upto 4 player online co-op sounds interesting, might even invest in a new tv for it [:s][:$]

World at War.. it'll be worth a look

I bought cod 2 & 4 and they were ok... single player very linear (more so on 4)
I liked how semmless cod 4 was as you got a smooth cutscene / animated map thing while it loaded next area

but its like.. you are a special forces operative etc.. yet you can't hop over a fence / open a bog standard door

oh, and I just pre-ordered it, and do you think a 1k on a new t.v is excessive?!

If it`s less than 42" then, yes.

I got a 42" Samsung for 600, because it was the last of the outgoing model in the shop (ex-display model).

I bought it specifically for COD 4...[:$]

Hopefully COD 5 will be much better. I wasn`t sure how a good a return to WW2 would be, but having seen the promo video, I can`t wait.

well, i've currently got a 43" rptv but it's looking a little small and i'm 12ft away from the tv so thought i'd go for a 46", found the one I want at 400 less than everywhere else, i was going to get the 42" model of this tv for 600 - really good t.v btw if anyones in the market

panasonic th42px80, not full HD, but that's not completely neccessary, the one i'm after is the 46pZ80, full HD and 46"

TBH this trailer tells you f**k all apart from the cutscenes are pretty awesome!

Mat - what tele have you got then? I've been looking for a 32" full hd, but can't find one. Anything bigger is just a waste in my room!

    I've just pre-ordered cod5 for the pc [:$]

I can't play first person shooters on a console, I need a mouse to aim properly! (apart from halo, and that was only because it was only on the xbox at first!)

True, but it is `representative of gameplay graphics`.

And there`s nothing out there yet showing the online gameplay.

I'm still disappointed at COD4 online - I was playing the other night and saw a hacker who couldn't be killed!

I've seen aimbots+wallhacks, but a hack that actually made you invincible...he was on 60-0 and was only using the knife to kill people!

    Not just on PC...

I`ve seen people using invicibility hacks on the PS3.

Most memorable one was the carnage that is Sabotage on the Shipment map.

I emptied a full clip from a SAW into this guy and he just walked up and stabbed me.

Ended up with 120+ kills- 0 deaths...

Plenty of sh*t flying over the headsets at the end of that match.

There also times when I`ve been shot from a great distance, where there is absolutely no chance of being seen. Even when I watch it from Killcam, I can`t see myself...

I reckon that`s a hack I saw once where you can see everybody in sillhouette no matter what`s in front of you, and one that removes trees/leaves/smoke...

Really grips my sh*t, people who can`t win without resorting to hacks...[:x] [:x] [:x]
