    TB adaption

    done it 4 times like that as soon as I press go it says error in 4 box ,3 box says step 1,box2 84.4% and box1 15.2% error codes are18057,,17931,,18058,,17987 and I had 18010,power supply terminal 30 voltage low came up once

    not worried about the last one as I disconnected the battery

    how does measuring block 62 look, check the values returned as you open and close the throttle do they change smoothly and reflect the position of the throttle and pedal? does the throttle body make any noise when the ignition is switched on? check 64 see if that says anything funny as well.

    oh and check 66, see if any of the brake and clutch switches are reporting funny values, id assume both the brake and clutch pedals should report as not being pressed for the adaptation to run but not 100%

    worth going through all the measuring blocks as well, make sure all sensors report sensible values

    started it this morning after checking wiring to pedal andTB ok no faults tried adapt shows error started and runs fine so il keep looking would post lamda missing cause it as I havnt put one in,on block 60 graph only shows 3 lines ..block 62 looks ok but ive ordered a tt pedal as I'm using the golf aum one

    driveshafts done big brakes on new rad and fan on exhaust on,getting there wont be long doing brake pipes and taking abs off

    brake pipes done and abs removed, cut dash for golf clocks doing dash wiring today fans wired in and bumper back on for good now

    all tidy now engine bay done ,doing dash and clock wiring mostly done now just hope it runs ok when I give it a run

    well I'm putting in the golf clocks but need the wiring for the can high and low I assume that they come from ecu to pins 19 and 20 and then go from the clocks pin 27 and 28 to the obd can anyone clarify this as I don't have the diagrams for this thanks

    ecu pin 58 - org/brn - can-bus low - clocks green plug pin 20
    ecu pin 60 - org/blk - can-bus high - clocks green plug pin 19

    found the problem with the pedal someone has moved the switch I should have checked it before I put it on

    new problem dash immobiliser original dash and key but wont adapt any idea what I'm doing wrong ,vcds cannel 21 read ok,says 3 keys try it shows error ,tried reducing amount of keys as soon as I get to 2 shows error I only have one key and no pin number
