    few more updates.
Car is now mapped and i'm extremly happy wit the results
    255bhp @ 8,620rpm and 166lbf.ft @ 6,550rpm [:D]
lovely straight power and torque curves.

Suspension also landed last wknd. Full race INTRAX, custom speced for my car.
45mm inverted front struts and 15mm rear struts (10mm is standard VW size)
Note the black finish on the struts, Intrax call this there "Black Knight Version"
they designed this when the bearings that used to be used in WRC were banned.

Just have to fit a double steering knuckle as after i dropped the column it is at too tight of an angle for the standard knuckle to cope with.
Once that is done its off to get setup and den a days testing

That is an excellent work! Wonderful.
Why didn't u get rid of the OEM petrol tank (installing an afetrmarket lighter one inside the car, they are not expensive)? This will allow space for VW Motorsport style toe-adjust bars...

    How did i miss this!

Lovely work, any more pics and details of pedal box fitment available. Details would be much appreciated as i am looking at fitting one!

Top mounts look lovely, is the manufacturer mainly Jap parts as top mounts like that are rarely seen on VAG cars! Would love a link to where to purchase or just to look at prices!

    Top stuff

There is a Custom Cages cage in there i see. A bit heavy my opinion is (around 50 kilos). OMP's ChMo is around 20 kilos less if i remember correctly. Do not know its price though. Might be a lot more than Custom Cage's one. Could save some kilos there i reckon...

@ mk2sp, kept the original tank cause it is light (plastic) and nice and low in the car, its
also on the correct side of the car for balance as its LHD. Plus tank for inside the
car isn't that cheap. The cage was in the shell when i got it and i've no plans to
change it. The car weighs in at 900kgs ready for the track so its pretty light
for a corrado. Obviously development will be an on going thing

@ Ben U ill organise sum more pics of pedalbox for you. I had to make up a plate
for the pedalbox to sit on so i could keep it tight up to the bulkhead as i'm 6ft2 and
its a bit of a squeeze.
Intrax mainly do European stuff, most of the front runners in the Dutch Touring Car
Championship run Intrax. The front top monts are standard for there race spec stuff
and the rears wer custom made for my application ;)
There website is www.intraxracing.nl they are in Holland, top blokes

16valver on here also got stuff off them for his mk1

The car looks great. Love that pic of from under the wishbone with all the bits fitted.

Dogwood is running Intrax on the Polo too. Also very popular with folk tracking CSL's & M3's.

fantastic job, mind i've seen the engine weights listed online as 450lbs, so I don't think it's THAT light even with an alloy block

    A long due update,
Car is virtually done [:D] well enough to do a track day anyways.
Doing a trackday this sunday so will see hows she goes.
Brought her for good spin up and down the main road there on sunday.
had no probs and car drove well. Pulls hard from jus below 5.5k and keeps
going all the way to 8.5k. Ill def end up changing the final drive but it will do
for now till car get car bed in and fine tune the setup.
I'm also entering a new race series over here in Ireland called "Irish Touring Car Challenge" "ITCC" for short. Hugh range of different make and models of cars.
    Check it out on www.itcc.ie
Ill get a few pics and possible a vid or 2 on sunday.
