I have had some interest as a whole, but nobody ever turns up with the cash for these things. Could deal with tyre kickers for months to sell at a decent price.

Sold with 12 months MOT, 6 Months Tax, I would want 4500-5000 - given the time it took to build the thing to a high standard, this is pretty cheap....now find someone who would pay that for a mk2 Golf...you won't, not unless it's for sale for 12 months.

    Is it broken now then?

What about selling loads of the good stuff, wheels etc... then sell the car as a more basic one for 2800ish??

Car's in bits so all parts are ready to go out to buyers. I'm keeping the shell and I'm buying a Scrapper mk3 16v or VR6 as a donor to rebuild the car at some stage in the year.
