One wheel is defo buckled, dunno about rest..... It is some mess - never realised just how bad it would have been for a passenger in the rear, that c pilar and boot has folded like paper! [:^(]
holy f*ck!!! check out that c pillar damage! you are so lucky to have survived that, I'm amazed how many of the windows are still intact. shame to see an end to such a nice golf though... [:^(]
jesus christ! you are a lucky man my friend! kinda looks in the same state as my pals vr6 he rolled last month, same crash really he hit a post on the back quater and it folded up very similar. such a shame. [:^(]
CRICKEY!!! you and your mate did well to walk away from that one, what a mess! you must feel a wee bit better looking at it with the fact that you and your mate got out and that you never had anyone in the back, it doens't bare thinking about how that could of turned out. well you certainly don't do things by half's.
Impact speed, well it would have been less than 60 as i slid it along the road for a fair distance, but the car flipped and the c pilar landed square on a wooden strainer post, hence the damage. The wooden post actually saved us, as it kept the rear of the car in the air and prevented the passenger compartment getting any real damage. If there had been a rear passenger, i doubt they would be here now... Really put it into perspective today just how lucky we were [:^(]
