    Yeah, stiffer suspension, eibach anti roll bars, stretched tyres etc, does make it more skittish in the wet - didnt feel like there was any prob until all of a sudden it just let go!!

    Not sure if its made me nervous about drivin - not driven again yet - it probably will have.

    Coulda been so much worse, countin myself very lucky.

    not lowered, but hard suspension ain't as good in the wet as there's no give.

    wide wheels means the water can't clear from under thr tyres as quickly as thinner tyres. thinner tyres tend to "cut" thru standing water, whereas wide tyres tend to skate over surface of water :)

    FWIW, I rolled a Ka at about 50 or 60. It looked about the same as that. MK2s aren't super strong.

    Could sell you a MK2 with a newish quarter panel on it, if you're interested TSC? Will chuck in a spot weld drill bit.

    i was gonna say, bitta t-cut would do the job, but some one beat me.

    you're so lucky to get out of that one, must of bin a hell of a bang. engine still turn, or have you cracked that too?
