    Hi all,

Im in New Zealand and old VW's and Audis are rare as. The other day I was down at the car dump and there was an old Audi 80 (1984ish) square shaped one. It has a metal sunroof with a winder in it... is this any good for a mk2?

I'm keeping mine manual, in a DWI (Deep Water Impact) situation I see it as an escape hatch!

I used to be an auto electrician so used to be my job to know

But if I don't know I usually use a multimeter to test or wiring diagrams.

Basically most electric window/riif switches have a similar arrangement of connections.
