sickening phone call...erm,late update!

just had a call off my mum.
telling me that one of my dads model car cabinets has fallen off the wall in the garage.

and landed on the black mk1
will have to go,cant have something like that repaired,thats the whole point in it.

and im talking average 100 a model,most white metal(heavy).

fuckin fuming...

Hopefully its just the bonnet then there is a chance of finding a mint original replacement.

I guess thats better than swapping a wing

 

suppose so
the bonnet was like a mirror inside and out with the original sticker,spent fekin hours removing the waxoyl from it

dont know if the wings scratched or not,my mum was a little hectic on the phone [:^(]

dented bonnet/wing,scratched the fuck outta both,scratched the once immaculate bumper.
i cant fuckin believe it

theres a few grands worth of damage in the models too,most are 1 in 10 and irreplaceable etc...
time to get rid of the mk1 me thinks,i cant own it knowing its been repaired,just wont be the same...
