Anyone hazard a guess as to what 16" Antera 5 spoke rims with 3 decent tyres are worth??

Why will teh spoiler fetch big bucks in the US?? Is it rare or something??

Is it you with the shelf? I may need some other bits n bobs.

Yes to the first question, no to the second. The chap with the shelf is in Nottingham. I've sold most of my choice mk1 bits but I can put you in touch with people who have 'most everything ;)

Let me know if you do buy it.

yeah thats the one, my mate who i'm buying it off bought it off a guy from cardiff about 6yrs ago. did ur mate used to go round selling tools etc. to the trade??

Flexy saust pipe?? Longlife I believe.

Interior probably was retro fitted, but I'm not bothered bout that. The condition of teh car more than makes up for it.

just need to sort the lack of brakes first!! The rear shoes have seized on!!

ok the story as i remember it

was parked in a lane, and bought for 50 with rusty tank, he ran the car for a while i think it was gold at the time, he then had a small front end colision, and repainted it himself (he was a painter) then fitted the Venoms, then the 16" 5 spokes, i remember him saying that he fitted the interior, although im not sure what was in it originaly, it defo wasnt leather though.

Im not sure what he was doing at the time although selling tools could be right, he now owns teh metalic black caddy on the bling rims.

the diesel caddy??? i've seen that around.

venoms on a vw??? [:s] good job they're not on their now!!

Yeah the guy i'm buying it off said he was a painter too, he's done a good job of the paint in all fairness.

We washed it yesterday and it came up really well considering it was garaged for 5 years!!

    i'll post some pics!!

This pic will be my inspiration:

mudflaps are going, spoilers going, mims are going on, and some of the chrome on the windows is going.

also i'm gonna see if I can cut out the front wings to house the bigger indicators.

I suspect if the wings are ok you'd have a few offers to exchange them for the later ones you want. ;)

    Nice work.

That'll look great with your mims and a set of chrome bumpers.

It's much better than a storm. Is it running carbs or K-Jet?
