    MOT retest tomorrow!!

As you may or may not know i put theis car in for its MOT 2 weeks ago and it failed on several things:
    Horn
    Seat insecurely fixed
    Bothe sills needed welding
Rear shock spring not correctly seated
    Rear axle fouling fuel tank
    Brake hose
    3 lots of welding
    CV Boot insecure
    Windscreen wipers

So for the last 2 weeks I've been getting everything sorted, it's booked on tomorrow at 8.15am for its retest.
The only thing I'm concerned about is the fuel tank fouling the axle. I tightened up the straps which lifted the tank but not sure if the examiner is going to be picky as there's not as much room as on the golf. but enough to fit a finger through!!

    wish me luck!!

Congratulations on your new Rocco :)

Um, I beg to differ, Sean. Black (LO4I) was certainly listed as a colour option on the TS in 1975 and 1976 in the UK.

Black (Schwarz) Metallic (L98F) was similarly available for GLS Mk 1s in 1977, and obviously on the 1st generation Storms, although Schwarz is actually a bit brownish.
