What do love about your Mk2?

Dan, it's only just begun!! LOL

 

Well deserved PAB saw it in the flesh.

 

I love my MK2 because it is great! the sound, the drive and the looks! classic

 

I love my mk2 because the more miles i do the more smiles I have, the way it purrs along..give it a tickle and its roaring off up the road like a scalded cat

its a nutter of a car that doesnt look like the other French/jap crap on the road

 

love me mrk2 because the front shocks make a funny knocking nosie but the car keeps going

 

Love my golf cos it's passed it's MOT today first time!! That's 5 years in a row :-)

 

I love that it's 28 years old and still going strong

 

I love the little bits and pieces that make my car mine.

I love that the gearbox needs to be put into third before any other gear.

I love that sound of when you're driving along and you take your foot off the accelerator

I love how quick she is in the cold

I love that she starts every damn time.

I love that the battery never ever drains even if i leave the lights on accidentally.

 

I love the nod of appreciation from other drivers and knowing theres a good chance you wont be sat behind another when in traffic!
i rarely see another around when i drive to and from work.

 

Its the only car in the world that fixes itself!
