what fast car for 2.5grand?

    Sierra cosworth. Not a huge amount of them around now but for fun per get a RWD one. Had some huge & fast fun in one including getting from cribs causeway in bristol to the middle of newquay in 1 hour and 25 minutes and that was mid-afternoon but did use up 60 petrol.

    u can pick up a MR2 turbo import for bout 2.5k with reasonably low milage, rwd,not to mention leather, air con and a new image.... hairdresser :lol:

    You won't get a decent one for that kind of money, you're looking at closer to 3.5/4k upwards for a good condition tubby. Prices have levelled off now that the barry boys have started buying them up and putting stupid big dump valves on them. [xx(]

    If you want a real fun car then go for a supercharged mk1 mr2 , sticks to the road like sh*t to a blanket and has a fair bit of poke to boot. Hard to find though...
