    Hi,

    I am just letting everyone know they should be watching fifth gear on the 29th last show in the series. Fifth gear bought an already lovely mk2 golf oak green 16v and then gave it to us to make it better. The car was fitted with one of our 1.9 engines, a gasflowed head, TSR 4 branch, Jetex exhaust, koni shocks with eibach springs and a g60 front brake setup. They ran the car round the track standard and after the work had been done, we are yet to know the results hope it's good:lol: . The nutters are only going to give the car away at the end of the show, so we are urging all of you on here to enter the competition to win it. Us and all the fifth gear team really want this to go to a VW enthusiast so someone on here must win it or god knows who's hands it could get into, poor car. Good luck really hope someone on here gets it.

    That is going to be the most expensive Mk2 ever.
    I would love to know the amount they rake in on those competitions with their ridiculously hard questions :lol:

    the car was supplied by volkswizard too.

    I don't usually watch it, but I caught the repeat yeasterday....the new format looks a little familiar. not sure where I've seen it before though...:(
    I did enter to win the 911 prize. those competitions must rake in a few quid.

    With TSR being near Combe, it's a pity they didn't go there - was good to see Tiff ragging the stock valver around tho!
