    I heard that too... any pics of the alleged '3 wheel action'? Check the bolts are tight next time, I'd say ;)

    No:lol::lol:.

    It certainly anchors properly now though!
    Just finished the tracking set to 'secrect specs' and boy this thing could get me into...!
    All I would perfer say is the side walls on the Rainsport 2 rubber are well broken in[:D]

    Will write up the summary soon on the changes which in typical Toyotec style where stepped to the current setup.
    I will like a few ppl who have contributed to my targets, to assess the vehicle to complete a before and after feel before the summary.

    Sounds good!
    Question - what profile tyres are you running?

    If running 15's 205's are the way to go, I ran 195's for a little while then moved to 205's recently :thumbup:

    I didnt like 205's at all. Steering not as precise. Could be down to tyre brand also. I had bridgestones that seemed like they came with the car from the factory.

    The 205 width and resulting 50% aspect I run are brilliant for the daily cummute helping to maintain some big engined VR6ness or GTness. The OE profile buffers the increased harness of the suspension. And you still would be hard pressed to catch me around a corner, while the correct lane is maintained thanks to the Uniroyal rubber. I will also be running these tryes filled with Nitrogen and see if there is any difference in MPG and drive feel.

    It is difficult to be objective about these improvements and how they met my targets without driving the car. I know Aminder would know what I mean, think MK2 Focus RS around a corner and you would heading in the right direction when I am on the soft settings.

    Bring it to Curby then, and we'll really see how it handles. Not a fair test for a road car, but you'll have some fun anyway!

    Im looking forward to getting the 15's + 205/50's on. 17's with 205/40 + H&R Cup Kit make for a fairly hard ride.

    Eddie - it would be interesting to compare how your suspension set up feels in comparison once I get my 15's on.

    i went out in eddie' VR at the weekend. pretty good for a mk3.. esecially when you consider ALL that weight under the bonnet!

    I never new mk3's could corner so well.

    It's not 'weight'. It's just a few extra "grams" :lol:.
