Did you find the easiest way to repair the sill rust was to bung new ones on rather than plate it up? I discovered a hole in my rear driver side last night where the door rubber splits.

    Cheers

    Will

ive seen that Ebay one for sale for the last few months. I think it was only recently sold, but i might be wrong
My sills were really shot and more like a cheese grater. I bet you could get the small hole plated up.
It does feel good to see some progress and i cant wait to see it on saturday as im dropping some more parts off

Found this over the weekend, been in a garage with a leaking roof and not driven for ten years !!
Changed the fuel pump, drop of petrol and it started up. No panel damage anywhere chassis and sills sound no rust ! the paintwork was a funny green shade of white but cleaned up ok Factory fitted leather ? Full Zender body kit with flaking paint to spoiler smoked rear panel and lights with 'Treser' logo ( 80's aftermarket tuning company ) Quick shift gear linkage, some engine work carried out by Treser not exactly shaw what spec, needs investigation have folder of receipts etc a very 80's genuine car,not sure if I like it or not

yes there are. Got some pics to add as soon as i get a mo. Ive nearly bought some replacement shocks. The engine is out so the bay gets tidyied too. Ive also bought another italvolanti steering wheel for use when i have the zender lights fitted too. I wondered long and hard many many many times about why i started this, then remembered that im a bit of a nob and do things like this all the time. Pics coming later this week
