just spent 5.3m on a C9 merc sauber car, its awesome!! took some saving up tho..it helps that some of the seasonal events come with huge prizes!! bought a corvette 50k spent 30 - 35 k won over 10 times what i spent!!

 

anyone else found theres a point in this game where you can't progress if you have a job don't really fancy leaving the ps on for weeks just to do an endurance race in small stints

 

I'm at that point now, just bought the f1 car but can't spend 2.5+ hours driving it for the championship or any of the endurance races!

So I've been doing b-spec - just leaving him on his own in the f1 car on crap tyres doing the endurance!

 

I've just given up on it now, back to playing COD

 

Got bored of progressing through the game, still play but just like to **** about or drive the ring.

 

Aye, I just sod around the ring now.

My current favourite is the '86 ruf yellowbird. TCS off ofcourse!

It's a generous dose of mental with a side helping of sideways.

 

I've got 150 cars so far, mostly ones that I liked the look of/always wanted from the used car section

 

Most of my time playing recently has been online, with the occasional dip into A-spec or seasonal events. Still scour the UCD occasionally for some cars i need for onlice race series'.

If anyone has any of the followign they dont need i'd be more than welcome:

I have the Zonda R and the 205 turbo!! still in use tho...

I have all the cars i need now except for a formula GT, which i should be able to get tonight, as long as its still in the online shop!

Ill still be buying the ones i like tho, still never seen a mk1 come in the UCD!!

Good amount of updates but still no save function in Endurance races, massive fail, PD need to pull there finger out and sort it out.

 

Hmm, big debate on that. For most normal people the Endurance events need a save. But then that really kinda defeats the point of it being an Endurance race? Some people will actually race for 24 hours solid, and kudos to them if thats what they want to do with their time!

Personally, even with a save function, i wouldnt spend 24 cumulative hours racing a single race. So i say leave the endurance events to those people who want to do them 'properly'.

 

Cant really complete the game without doing them though.

Why not add the function in and then you can choose to save at a point if you want to!

Nah swapped a red bull x1 for one with some chump I found in one of those trade rooms you see.

 

I've reached level 23 so far. I've managed to buy and win quite a few rare cars along the way. Managed to get my hands on a tuned r32, the normal mk4 r32, 205T, 84 Lancia delta 84 rallye car, Citroen Xara rallye car, Veyron ect ect. . . Too many to list. Might be up for swapping some if anyone has anything tasty - id is richymk2 My favourite car has to be the R8 5.2 tuned to the max, its sounds awesome.
