I marked the envelope to VW UK, but addressed the letter to the guy who wrote to me. I don't know who is higher than this guy, & I don't know what to reply as the letter Chris drafted me was more than good enough, & they haven't bothered answering any questions, just a polite 'go away, stop writing to me', so as far as what to come back with I do not know
