wasn't happy with the filler hole so gave it a poke and found a hole so it had to come out
    [IMG]
after cutting the rust welding in new metal i painted it with a rust proofer after that i etched primed it

[IMG]Welded in the new pannel and ground back the weld
    [IMG]
after doing that i found that there was a large dent around the swage line so filled it but sanding back that shape is beyond me so ill leave it till my body shop pal can do it
    [IMG]
so leaving that i repositioned the top bracket on my rado pedal box

So thats enough for today more progress to follow

Thats the best way to do it send it away for blast and powder coat (strip it first) your mine only problem is getting hold of the brake line clips.

    Great job so far...........
NEVER be tempted to sell it just yet!!

What discs are you going to run with the brembo calipers?

Are you making the adapter brackets for the calipers? (if so, I need some too!!)
