Good turnaround. Like the tagged B-hoop into the pillar

Far too much newspaper for bodging - this is professional

It's tagged to the A pillar in a couple of places, B pillar, roof line above the door, and to the brace bit at the front of the roof. It's so close to the body that it didn't need extra panels to do it.

I've tried to keep the overspray to under the dash, and where the padding will hide it.

Not bad for 700ish all in.

    Very nice Mike.

What with mine being used less and less on the road, I am getting more and more tempted to strip, cage and lighten it. Well, as light as you can with an Boat anchor.

The cage looks good as does the dash.

Thanks Dan - not as comprehensive as your cage, but it should do the job.

Did you get yours back yet?

Can you get them with shorter bodies to keep the suspension travel, but lower the ride height?

Yes ..... these were specifically built to order (hills & sprints) with 350lb / 650lb springs and should be the same fitment as the Scirroco.

Can get you the build number for reference back to Leda when I return home

This was in the 'workshop' when I dropped my race car down last weekend! Made me want to build another Rocco!.. Really liking the very focused track direction :-) Needless to say really nice job in the cage..

Glad to hear Ian's getting some work in. What's he doing on yours - engine build? or a general set up? He tells me he can do corner weighting, so mine will be back there when I've sorted the rest of the suspension.

Ian does seem to be able to build a quick car, although driving talent has a lot to do with it as well.

My roll cage padding arrived yesterday, so that'll be going on shortly.

That's the plan, although the Nurburgring at Easter looks pretty shaky now...
