should be fine on that(mk3 16v pump). i`ve been using a mk2 digifant pump for about 4 years now and no problems.
it was brand spanking new though.

as you say the VR6 pump is a direct swap and a bit beefier than the 16v item, but the std pump will probably be just fine.
if you can get me the bosch number off it i can get you the specs, specifically the l/hr which is what you really need to know :)

If you were using mk4 clocks, it would have been easier to use the mk4 pump/sender to make your fuel gauge work the right way.
Just making sure that you hadn't overlooked it.

Corrado rad fits straight in because the Corrado uses the same slam panel. Mk3 Golf doesn't.

could anyone send me a pic of the following please:

    use the 02a gearbox bracket
    02a mk3 16v front bracket

along with these i will use my 8v rear engine bracket, is that all i need or is there another gearbox bracket which is like an arm?! if i could have pics that would be great as i have got the 8v rear and have been given 2 brackets from a mk3 16v but i thought i needed an arm type bracket which i havent got.

    thanks

I wouldn't buy a rad second hand. A new one from GSF or Eurocarparts will be about 70.

    You won`t...they don`t sell them... ;)

Best to source second hand through the classifieds here, or at your local scrapper.

Haven't used that combo at all in the past but it will work.
If it's not accurate you'll need to use a resistor to correct the signal (worry about that when it's in though)

right i have found a golf g60 flywheel and a luk vr6 clutch which i have been told is the same for the golf or rado, is this true? anyway i was wondering if this is a good combo or if they both need to be from a rado? is it possible to buy release bearings seperate if the set i get doesnt have them? its only got a pressure plate, friction plate and clutch itself.

    cheers
